    Come to our office to receive hands-on support and assessment in a cozy space. Our office visits allow for thorough evaluation, breastfeeding assessment, and personalized guidance. (75 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes based on form of visit)

  • Home Visits

    Let me come to you. The comforts of home are a great place to receive professional lactation care and guidance. In familiar surroundings, we can work on latching, positioning, and check your baby’s weight gain/milk transfer using a hospital-grade infant scale. (1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours in length) A Travel fee is added on to the visit.

  • Virtual Visits

    Enjoy the convenience of lactation support from the comfort of your home. Our virtual visits offer personalized guidance and education through video conferencing. (1 hour in length)

  • Support Groups

    We offer FREE monthly support groups for breastfeeding and pumping mamas. This a chance chat with other moms, ask questions and weigh your little one.

  • Chat Support

    We know that questions and issues can arise outside your appointment and visits. Our chat allows you to ask questions and see if an appointment would help with your issue.

  • Classes

    Our informative classes cover everything from prenatal preparation to overcoming common challenges. Whether you're a first-time parent or seeking additional support, our classes are designed to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.

Fees for Services

Many insurances cover lactation consultations in full. Examples: United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (Multiplan) and Aetna (Multiplan).

We recommend checking your eligibility prior to scheduling an appointment TLN can take a few days to review your insurance cover. If approved, your in-office visits will be completely covered.

*A travel fee of $50 will be applied to all home visits.

Before Baby Arrives-Prenatal Visit

  • Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while I share with you essential breastfeeding information to help you be prepared for your little one. This one-on-one session will prepare new or seasoned parents with education on the basics of successful breastfeeding for their coming arrival.

    A pregnancy consult also provides the opportunity to address specific questions and concerns that the family may have regarding breastfeeding and or pumping. These visits are one typically one hour in length.

  • Prenatal office visit $125, (or covered by insurance)

  • Virtual Prenatal visit $100

Initial Visit

  • The Initial visit provides time and space for parents to share their goals and concerns. I find out what is important to you and together, we address any issues. A thorough assessment will be performed and I will weigh your baby before and after the feeding. Families will receive hands-on, gentle care along with evidence-based guidance. You will learn techniques to help your baby latch easier and positions that make breastfeeding more comfortable. I will provide families with a plan to implement after the visit. This also includes follow up emails for any questions or concerns you may have after our visit.

    (visit typically lasts 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours in length)

  • In-office visit $175 (or covered by insurance)

  • Virtual Initial Consults: $125

Follow-Up Visit

  • Follow-up visits allow time for questions, fine-tuning, and progressing the initial plan. We will continue to address any new concerns and weigh infant before and after a feeding. (visit typically lasts 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes in length)

  • In-office visit: $150 (or covered by insurance)

  • Virtual Follow-up Consults: $100
