Empowering families with expert lactation guidance and support.

Lactation is a beautiful journey.
When difficulties arise, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) can provide the guidance needed to help you feel successful.

  • Is my baby getting enough milk? Is this cluster feeding and is it normal? Is my baby latched correctly? We will address all of your questions about feeding your baby.

  • Is this the best position for feeding? Why am I having nipple pain? How can I introduce a bottle? Working with an IBCLC can be helpful prenatally, after delivery, or even months into your journey.

  • Too much milk. Too little milk. To pump or not to pump? Decreasing and increasing your milk supply can be tricky to navigate. You will receive a customized plan to accomplish your goals.

Common issues I regularly address:

  • Sore nipples/painful latch

  • Difficultly latching

  • Low milk supply

  • Regulating milk supply Supplementation to breastfeeding

  • Engorgement
